The hotel's central location in Piazza Giovanni Bovio made it very convenient for exploring the city's most interesting squares and landmarks. We were within walking distance of the Cathedral of Naples, San Gregorio Armeno, and subterranean Naples. The room we stayed in had a comfortable seating area where we could relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The proximity to the Port of Naples and Molo Beverello Port made it easy for us to plan activities and excursions. We appreciated the free welcome basket filled with breakfast products, including tea, coffee, croissants, jam. It was a great way to start our day. The guesthouse staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a great time during our stay.

The lack of a refrigerator in the room was a minor inconvenience.

I always choose this place. Regular guest for years. Kind staff helped my old parents. Suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, airport shuttle, TV, lift, kettle, kitchen. No pets or smoking. Coming back for Christmas. No regrets, highly recommended.

Easily reached Osteria da Antonio, located not too far from the property, had lunch/dinner there;))

The staff were really kind and nice day and night. the hotel was in the central setting very close to Universita metro. The staff at Be Italian Flat Bovio in Naples were incredibly friendly and welcoming at all times. the hotel's location was convenient, being situated near Universita metro station. Additionally, it was easy to reach Osteria da Antonio for lunch or dinner, as it was located nearby.

I chose this hotel for attending a team retreat as it provides a convenient location for both leisure and business stays, thanks to its proximity to public and private offices. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy our stay in a cozy environment.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or business center. It would have been helpful to have access to a quiet and professional setting where I could have focused on my tasks and meetings.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding! The room was like a 4-star hotel, sparkling clean and with super comfy beds. The location was perfect, close to the center and well connected. The staff, especially Cosimo, was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

More breakfast items would have been nice, but this was a minor issue.

They also provide drinks at a good value and a safe location for luggage after check-out.
